This thing has some major backbone and balances nicely. I ended up ordering the 6'11" that is listed for Froggin/Pitchin action and it is a beautiful rod. I like pitching and flipping with a slightly shorter rod and the Amistad XH is incredible for those techniques. My favorites are the Head Turner and Amistad, but I love every one of them. I have 7 of these now (6 casting and 1 spinning). They have actions for every technique, but several rods in the lineup can be used for multiple techniques. They are not nrx sensitive but I can defiantly feel what is going on on the end of the line. I am very impressed at how sensitive they are. Both are very lite for there size and rating.
